The park pavilion features quality entertainment on
Thursday and Friday evenings. On Saturday and Sunday be
prepared for afternoon and evening performances guaranteed to
please every taste. Arena seating for 800. Local talent
and others from all over help to make Chataqua a memorable
experience for all to that come to visit. The kids are
not forgotten either with a Children's Pavilion and a
Carnival. Chataqua is made for the entire family.

For over 30 years, visitors come to Chewelah for a fun
filled weekend known as Chataqua. And each year, it only
gets better. Vendors from all over the Pacific Northwest
and beyond work hard year round to bring you the very best
crafts around. Inside the park, only hand crafted items
are allowed so you know you will be getting the very best
quality and something that a persons heart went into
making. From hand painted saw blades, to finely detailed
glass blown dolphins. Stuffed animals to hand painted
yard signs, you are sure to find something that every member
of the family can enjoy. Many people can be overheard in
the park saying "Wouldn't this be a great birthday
present for [insert any name here]??
Chewelah is a small community of around 2500. The
small town atmosphere really blossoms during Chataqua as area
residents welcome our visitors with a smile and a wave.
Many people come to Chataqua to have an enjoyable
weekend. Many visitors have come back later to become
